Industrial history tour

Climb up the Malakoff tower that is around 40 meters high and view the surroundings from an observation platform. You’ll hear about the mine’s long history and why the winding tower made out of steel was subsequently installed.

Dates: every 2nd Sunday in the month at 2 p.m.

Duration: approx. 90 minutes

Price: 5 Euros per person, children under 12 free

Meeting point: At the gate in front of Malakoff tower Prosper II Mine, Knappenstraße 32, 46238 Bottrop 

Offers for groups

For a group size from ten persons, we recommend booking an individual group tour. Special wishes for duration of tour and core thematic focus can be considered. We’re also happy to advise you regarding foreign language tours and offers for school classes and kindergarten groups.

Price: German: 100 Euros/group with a max. of 20 participants
