Twice a year, the Foundation invites representatives of the associations to the Hansa coking plant. The associations exchange ideas/share information about a wide variety of topics in a relaxed atmosphere. For example, discussions are about preserving the industrial cultural sites and machines, and first and foremost, about how the sites are filled with life. Questions are covered about extracurricular places of learning, about events and tours or about the challenges associated with the generational change. Speeches on relevant topics are organized, too.
